This amped up pilates class combines resistance, lengthening, and strength training into a high-energy, music-fueled total body workout. You’ll be in a small group, with everyone working, sweating on their own FitFormer™ pilates machine (think super-duper-reformer).
Traditional group reformer Pilates on our FitFormer is a full body exercise that educates, realigns and balances the body, which builds lean flexible muscles. The Pilates Method increases coordination and improves body alignment and posture while relieving stress and tension. Pilates focuses on precision of form. Each exercise requires complete concentration and controlled movements, which heightens mind-body awareness.
Take our signature Fitformer, add a Jumpboard, and you get our cardio-amped plyometrics Jumpboard class to truly kick up your heels. The Jumpboard is an attachment that converts our FitFormer into a horizontal jumping machine but low impact to keep your joints healthy while enjoying the benefits of a high cardio workout. It fixes to the front of the reformer where the footbar is. This all-over workout pushes your glutes, quads and abs into overtime.
40Works = 40 Minutes. Our signature workouts pared down to an intense 40 minutes for those on a tight schedule. Offered early mornings, late evenings, and lunch classes.
An intensely paced full-body workout. It burns fat and increases stamina through a unique fusion of ballet barre work, cardio, pilates core conditioning, and strength training. In this fun and challenging class you can expect to target your glutes, quads and calves at the barre, creating long, lean muscle mass. The pilates matwork focuses on strengthening your abs, core and lower back as well as some light stretching exercises.
Tone+Flow – Sculpt
Power up with a vigorous flow between yoga and Pilates in this athletic combo class. Using a mix of familiar yoga postures and Pilates core strengthening moves, you will sculpt, tone, and flow your way to a strong body and a calm mind, while improving balance, flexibility, and stamina. Lots of modifications make this full-body workout accessible to all levels.
Tone + Flow – Restore
This class is customized to work the entire body to release muscle tension, reduce pain, increase flexibility, gain muscle strength and give several tools to maintain positive body awareness. Clients gain greater confidence in their bodies, ease of movement and strength.
High intensity interval training done the Pilates ProWorks way! You’ll sweat, tone, burn, and melt calories all throughout your day, even after your class is over by utilizing your own body weight, dumbbells, TRX, and plyometrics. Prepare to work! All levels welcome! *Sneakers required
