So what is this amazing workout? And how is it different from a regular reformer pilates class?
Our workouts are among the most challenging forms of all Pilates. Our classes are a lot faster, more intense, and unlike a typical Pilates class, you walk out covered in sweat.
Our FitFormer machines provide a full body workout, even targeting those small muscles we never think about. We work your muscles to fatigue and you feel your muscles working, burning and shaking in most of our moves. The more you attend class, the better and more confident you get, and the more calories you burn by effectively engaging your muscles.
We end every class with a relaxing stretch and deep breathing. You walk out refreshed, clear minded, albeit with some shaky legs, and a full-body workout completed.
